Deserving Director, Entrusted Legacy
Mission and audience
Help child champions—the adults who guide and support children—mentor, coach, teach, and train young youth. ETL focuses on youth-serving organizations, such as Boys and Girls Clubs, and the adults and teams working within them.
Your three responsibilities
Outstanding Opportunity
Recruit child champions, trainers, consultants, program leaders, partners, and other people who want to help. Build a team around ETL and give each person a practical way to contribute. Develop relationships with youth-serving organizations and explain how they can participate in the opportunity.
Financially Fiscal (Invest in Yourself)
Present donations as one way to support ETL, alongside its child champion products, services, and merchandise. Promote and sell available training, consulting, partnerships, and related resources from across the child champion offerings. Coordinate grant-writing services and team development with RVG and connect each organization with the support suited to its needs.
Charitable Contributions
Oversee charitable giving and receiving through ETL’s nonprofit work. Invite donations, grants, and other appropriate support; organize approved giveaways, resources, and assistance for child champions and young youth. Keep the purpose of each contribution clear and follow through on the help promised.
How you lead the work
- Understand the needs of each youth-serving organization and the adults supporting its young people.
- Organize training, consulting, partnership, and resource delivery through a capable team.
- Coordinate shared child champion material with C4K and OST while adapting examples to ETL’s audience.
- Build grant-writing and funding relationships with RVG and keep Brett informed about commitments and decisions.
